  I have deleted my review twice to place nice with this place and im not going to again. Tuesday April 10th we went in to look at a car that we thought would work for our family. After a 3 minute test drive and barely letting us look at the car Ryan ushered us inside and told me to take the baby and go the their play area. (fun fact, this was to be my car but loan was in husbands name). The only time he listened to me was when even though we were approved for a private loan I agreed that we should try for dealer financing to avoid the wait in getting the car. Dealer financing didn't work out and Ryan was less than forcoming about how the whole process would work with our USAA loan and then asked for documents that usaa doesn't use even though supposedly they have done several ussa loans before. My first review stated if you want to drive away same day you need dealer financing for you end up waiting several days for your car. The owner saw my review the next day and while husband was on the phone started scream to kill the deal. Husband saved the deal thinking this would be the car for us. Picked it up yesterday and after less than 40 minutes of driving was in pain and we realized after putting the kids in it it really wouldn't work for us. Tried to return it less than 12 hours later and they turned their backs on us and refused to help us. So if a 3 minutes 4 right hand turn test drive, being treated like a non person if your name isn't on the loan and less than helpful customer service after the sale is for you by all means so here. Right now on our way to Carbone after speaking several times with a sales Rep there that has been 100% up front about what we are up against and tried to help us from the moment he pulled into the drive way hunched over and in pain from driving that car.
