  As parent new to the area, I have had an impossible time getting my kids even in to see the doctor. They would not even make appointments for my children until their medical records were sent from out of state. At the time my son was sick and they told me to call back in a week to check and see if the doctor had had time to review my sons records! Since when do we need a screening processs to see a doctor?! Thankfully my son got better without their help! When I finally called to make an appointment to get their flu shots, they claimed they had not received the records yet. No one had notified me there was any problem! They still won't see my kids either! If this is any indication of the care my children will receive from this practice, I am disgusted. I am now looking for an office with receptionists that have a clue!
